Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network.&nbsp;Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.&nbsp;Visit dealer counters daily according to the beat plan.Provide excellent service and address queries or concerns.&nbsp;Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company\u2019s growth.&nbsp;Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.&nbsp;Appoint new dealers and contribute to network expansion.Do market analysis with competitors\u2019 products, scheme and availability.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Educational Qualification<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td>Graduate \/ Post Graduate<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td>3- 8 years of prior experience in Cement\/TMT Sales.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Preference Skills<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td>Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and result-driven approach&nbsp;Familiarity with concern geographical region.
